RadioCAD 'Radio' FAQs

What is RadioCAD?
RadioCAD is an electronic product design house focused on developing custom radio telemetry products and obtaining international approvals for them. RadioCAD's principal Tim Jarvis has over 22 years experience in electronic engineering and product design.

What Experience does RadioCAD Have?
Tim Jarvis has developed a number of custom radio data modules for license-free use in both VHF and UHF bands as well DVB receivers for modern set-top-boxes. Some modules have been developed from scratch, whilst others are reworks of existing designs. All of Tim's transmitter designs are compliant with ETS-300-220-1 (channelised and wideband). Tim also designs analogue and digital circuits as well as having successfully developed DSP based products.

Did You Know?
That if your product contains an off-the-shelf radio module and you manufacture more than 2500 parts per annum, you may well be able to reduce cost by having a custom radio circuit designed and integrated for you. RadioCAD specialise in doing just this from initial design to mass production.

What's different about RadioCAD?
RadioCAD are not just a design house. We have production experience (but no production facilities) and regulatory compliance experience (including a test facility).
